This is what I do for fun when I’m not working. It’s a little project my friend Brian Post put together, and I thought I’d put it up here. It has nothing to do with journalism or Berlin, but I hope you enjoy it all the same.

Erik, we need to think of the potential of Mt. Forest. You should climb Mt. Forest and do a story on the experience. It would make for a good 21/21 project.
Norman,I'll leave Erik to respond with details…but he's already done it and stated that its a great mountain for beginners…. (It looks more treacherous than a beginner mountain.) I think city officials and maybe some business people should do it with him as a marketing effort…I'm game! If Erik can get my fat $#@ up that mountain, it's surely a beginner trek. Ryan Landry
I know nothing about the sport other than the goal is to get to the top, but I wonder if the whole face of the mountain is beginner material? Is steepness the criteria? I was also told that in winter we could pour water down the face and create a ice climbing course.(?) Jim Wheeler the former City Engineer had that idea.
Impressive Erik. Still up for some streetluge?
